Account allowance determines which AI requests and account features are available. Open the billing area for your role to review the current state.

Find your billing area

Student account settings, parent billing, and teacher billing have separate entry points. The relevant account owner manages payment and plan decisions. A learner should ask their parent or school if a limit prevents study.

Read a limit message

Credits or image limit reached	Review the allowance and any displayed reset time
Plan upgrade required	Ask the account owner to review available plans
Temporarily unavailable	Wait briefly and retry the failed action
Class or learner limit reached	Review the role’s account entitlements

Follow the app’s billing link for current plans and prices. Avoid repeatedly submitting the same generation request while a previous one is still running.
