Get help from the AI Coach

The AI Coach is a tutor built into the practice session. It knows which question you’re on, your answer, your reasoning, and your own materials for that exam.

Open the coach

• Computer: the coach sits in the right column under the Question Navigator. Make it wider or minimize it; your choice is remembered on that device.
• Phone: tap the floating Coach button to open it from the bottom.
• Any question: choose ✦ Ask AI Coach to start a conversation about that question.

Press Enter to send a message and Shift+Enter for a new line. Use the + menu to Take a photo or Upload files (PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, text, or images; up to 4 files of 10 MB each). Files you upload in the coach are also saved to that exam’s My materials.

Test mode

In Test mode, the coach is locked until you submit, just as help isn’t allowed in a real exam. Some exams use a strategy-only coach, which gives general advice but never reveals the answer.

Talk to the coach

Choose the voice icon in the coach header to talk to the coach. The compact voice bar shows whether it’s connecting, live, listening, or speaking, along with the question number and a timer. You can mute yourself, stop a reply, end the call, or retry after an error. If you’re asked, allow microphone access.

• 🎧 Listen & learn starts a hands-free drill: the coach talks you through the material while you listen and answer.
• Moving to another question ends the call. Start a new call for that question.
• Voice coaching has a daily limit. The call ends when you reach it.
